Navya Nanda's What The Hell Navya Season Two recently had a show where Jaya Bachchan talked about everything related to the internet.
Thursday, the sixth episode of Navya Nanda's What The Hell Navya's second season came out on her YouTube account. It was called Swipe Scroll Snap and had Navya, her mother Shweta Nanda, and her grandma Jaya Bachchan in it. They were talking about the internet.
What Jaya said about having an anxiety attack
During the show, Jaya Bachchan talked about how the internet gives young people a sense of belonging. Stress builds up, and that can cause an anxiety attack.
"You don't think you're stressed, but you are," she told her. When we were kids, we had never heard of an anxiety attack. We never heard it when we were kids, and we never heard it when we were middle-aged either. Where did this come from? You feel this way because you are always getting information. This word comes from asking, "How does this girl look?" How is she getting her nails done and makeup on? Worry comes from this. There is too much data.
In response, Shweta said she didn't agree with her point of view and that worry has always been there, it's just easier to spot these days.
When you shop online
Jaya also talked about her online shopping experience in the same show. She then said that when the product was delivered, she was very unhappy with it. She also said that "technological progress" is good for everyone. Shweta disagreed and said she buys everything online, even makeup, because she doesn't like waiting in line. There was a joke right away: "I've never had to stand in line."
Jaya also talked about what she thought about AI. "This is what technology does," she said. Technology can pick you up, but it can't become a person in the end. It will cause waves, and then people will say, "This is not good." "Let things go back to the way they were.""
