Sapna was born on 25 September 1990 (32 years old; age as of 2022) in Rohtak, Haryana, India. She started dancing at quite an early age and is one of the most demanded stage performers in Haryana.
Apart from being a great dancer, she is also a great singer. Her father passed away in 2008, due to which the responsibility of sustaining her family feel upon her. Thereby, she started dancing to provide financial support to her family.

Sapna started her dancing career at the age of 12. She later formed an orchestra group named Arkestra Group
which is one of the leading orchestra groups in India. Her song ‘Solid Body’ was a hit among the audience.
She was a leading contestant in the famous reality show, Bigg Boss Season 11 in 2017.
As of 2018, Sapna has done item numbers in a couple of Bollywood movies. She did item numbers in the movie ‘Veere Di Wedding‘ and ‘Nanu Ki Janu.’ She is also going to debut as a lead actress in the Bollywood movie ‘Dosti Ke Side Effects.’

Accused of Insulting a Caste
- In 2016, she was accused of insulting a particular caste at a stage show through a song that she sang. After that, a person named Satpal Tanwar ran an online campaign against her for harassing her. Sapna even attempted suicide at her residence by consuming rat poison because of depression. She also wrote a suicide note at that time which went viral after her entry in Bigg Boss 11.
Arrest Warrant
- In August 2022, an arrest warrant was issued against Sapna by a Lucknow court after the court found that she had breached a contract to perform on stage in Lucknow in 2018. The organisers of the event accused her of breaching the contract even after getting paid. [1] On 20 September 2022, she surrendered in Lucknow, where she was briefly arrested, and later, she was released on a personal bond of Rs 20,000 after she requested the court that the arrest warrant issued against her should be withdrawn.
