LTIMindtree, one of India’s leading IT services companies, announced that its Whole-Time Director and President, Nachiket Deshpande, has resigned from his position to pursue new professional opportunities beyond the organisation.
According to an official exchange filing on Tuesday, Deshpande will be relieved from his duties after the close of business hours on October 31, 2025.
“We hereby inform you that Nachiket Deshpande has resigned from the position of Whole-time Director and President, to explore new opportunities beyond LTIMindtree. He would be relieved from his duties after the end of office hours on October 31, 2025,” the company said in its filing.
A Longstanding Leader and Key Contributor
Deshpande has been associated with LTIMindtree since 2019, first as a member of the erstwhile LTI Board and later continuing on the merged entity’s board. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in steering the company’s strategic direction and contributing significantly to its growth trajectory.
S.N. Subrahmanyan, Chairman of LTIMindtree, expressed his gratitude, stating,
“I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Nachiket for the remarkable impact he has made during his long tenure at LTIMindtree. His leadership and unwavering commitment have been pivotal in shaping the foundation for the next phase of growth for LTIMindtree.”
In his farewell message, Deshpande described his journey as “incredible,” adding,
“It has been a privilege to work closely and learn from Chairman SNS, board members, and my esteemed colleagues. The past years have been rich with opportunities to grow, learn, and contribute meaningfully to this remarkable organisation.”
LTIMindtree’s Financial Performance
Deshpande’s resignation comes shortly after LTIMindtree reported its Q2 FY26 financial results, posting a net profit of ₹1,381.2 crore, marking a 10% year-on-year increase from ₹1,251.6 crore in the same period last year.
The company’s operating revenue rose to ₹10,694.7 crore, up 5% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹10,232.7 crore and 9% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹9,731.8 crore.
LTIMindtree has also declared an interim dividend of ₹22 per share, with October 24, 2025, set as the record date for eligible shareholders.
