PM Modi Fulfils His Promise After Pahalgam Attack, Launches ₹48,520 Cr Projects in Karakat, Bihar
Karakat (Bihar), May 30, 2025 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday received an overwhelming welcome during his visit to Karakat, Bihar, where he launched a slew of developmental projects worth over ₹48,520 crore and reaffirmed his commitment to national security and regional growth.
Amid chants of support and a packed rally ground, PM Modi took center stage and invoked the spirit of Lord Shri Ram, quoting the legendary line: “Pran jaaye par vachan na jaaye” – a promise once made should never be broken.
“On April 22, terrorists attacked our brothers in Pahalgam. I had made a promise to the nation from the soil of Bihar. Today, I return here after fulfilling that promise,” declared the Prime Minister to loud applause, referencing India’s military response in Operation Sindoor.
