Family
Born into a Punjabi family, His mother, Aditi Singh, who worked as a housewife and was an LIC agent, passed away on May 19, 2021, at the AMRI Hospital in Dhakuria, Kolkata, as a result of a cerebral stroke. When she passed away, she was 52 years old. She was admitted to the hospital with COVID-19 symptoms, but on May 17, 2021, a test revealed that she did not have the illness.

He had two marriages. Ruprekha Banerjee, his first spouse, was one of the contestants in the reality competition Fame Gurukul. The couple wed in 2013.

Arijit Singh's journey to stardom began with his participation in the reality show "Fame Gurukul" in 2005, which was a significant turning point in his career.
