Chennai, March 27: The Tamil Nadu Surfing Association (TNSA) has been awarded the prestigious Chief Minister’s State Sports Award (2025–26) in the Best Sports Organiser category by the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu. The recognition highlights the association’s role in transforming Tamil Nadu into India’s leading surfing hub through world-class event hosting and athlete development.
The award was received by Arun Vasu, representing both TNSA and the Surfing Federation of India.
