Parasakthi Box Office Collection Day 4: Sivakarthikeyan Film Struggles to Hold Momentum
Chennai: Sivakarthikeyan’s latest Tamil release Parasakthi has witnessed a steady decline in box office collections as it entered Day 4 of its theatrical run. The period political drama, directed by Sudha Kongara, hit cinemas on January 10, 2026, but has faced stiff competition and mixed audience reception.
According to Sacnilk, Parasakthi opened with ₹12.25 crore on its first day, followed by ₹10.1 crore on Day 2. However, the film saw a sharp drop on its first Monday, collecting only ₹3 crore. On Day 4, the downward trend continued, with the film earning ₹2.6 crore.
With this, Parasakthi’s total box office collection now stands at ₹28.2 crore.

OTT Release and Cast Details
As per reports, Zee5 has acquired the digital streaming rights of Parasakthi. The film is expected to premiere on the OTT platform approximately four weeks after its theatrical release, with a likely streaming window in the second week of February.
Apart from Sivakarthikeyan, the film features Ravi Mohan, Atharvaa, and Sreeleela in prominent roles. The supporting cast includes Daali Dhananjaya, Dev Ramnath, Prithvi Rajan, Guru Somasundaram, Basil Joseph, Papri Ghosh, and Rana Daggubati. The music for the film has been composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
