An SUV that was purportedly owned by Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje was involved in a collision with a motorcycle on Monday in Bengaluru, which resulted in the unfortunate death of the motorcycle motorcyclist.

In the 2018 election for the Lok Sabha, Shobha Karandlaje, who is now serving as the Union Minister of State for Agriculture, is running for nomination from the Bengaluru North seat.
