As we know that bollywood is known for producing most beautiful music such as sad, rocking some times bhojpuri in the world. Many bollywood films have done well on the box office because of their songs is get audience attention, no matter how bad the script and screenplay. While the music director deserves credit for the music, after the watch films we must not forget the singers who lend their voices to turn a song into a deep melody. A lovely line about music once said by Bob Marley shared by "Jamaican singer-songwriter", “one of the benefits of music is that when it hits you, you feel no pain”. Today, we’ll meet India’s top Five singers, each of whom has a special place in our memories.
01 – Arijit Singh
Arijit Singh was born on 25 April 1987 (age 35 years; as of 2022) in Jiaganj town of Murshidabad district in West Bengal. He did his schooling at Raja Bijay Singh High School, Murshidabad, and pursued his graduation from Sripat Singh College, Jiaganj. He began his music training at his home. His maternal aunt was trained in music, and his maternal grandmother used to sing. His maternal uncle and his mother both used to play the tabla. Thus, music was the core of his family. At the age of 3, he got trained by the Hazari Brothers. He got training in the Indian Classical Music by Rajendra Prasad Hazari, tabla by Dhirendra Prasad Hazari, and Rabindra Sangeet and Pop Music by Birendra Prasad Hazari.
When he was 10 years old, he got a scholarship from the state government of West Bengal for his training in Indian Classical Music and then he had growing up, he listened to Mozart, Beethoven, and Bengali Classical Music.
02 – Jubin Nautiyal
Jubin Nautiyal is an Indian playback singer, songwriter, music composer, and music director. He is known for his work in the movies Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) and Kaabil (2017).
Jubin Nautiyal was born on 14 June 1989 (age 33 years; as of 2022) in Dehradun, the capital city of Uttarakhand, India. His Zodiac sign is Gemini.
He took additional lessons of the Hindustani music from his guru Mr Samant. He travelled to Benaras where he learned light classical music from the Indian Classical singer Chhannulal Mishra. He also enrolled in Music Academy in Chennai for the training of western music where he got trained under veteran guitarist Prasanna.
03 – Mohit Chauhan
Mohit Chauhan is an Indian playback singer, known for his work in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali films. Mohit has recorded several songs for Indian films and albums in regional languages. He was born on 11 March 1966, in Nahan, Sirmaur district, Himachal Pradesh, India a hill state in India. He is 54 years old as in 2020. His Zodiac sign is Pisces. Mohit did his schooling from ‘St. Xavier’s School,’ Delhi, India. Then he graduated with a Master of Science in Geology from ‘Dharamsala College,’ Himachal Pradesh, India. Mohit belongs to a Rajput family. His father is ‘B.K. Rana,’ and his mother is ‘Krishna Rana.’ He has a sister named ‘Parul Chandel’ and a brother named ‘Rohit Chauhan,’ who is a Himachal Administrative Service Officer. In 2012, Mohit got married to ‘Prarthana Gehlot,’ he is a Journalist & Poetess. Traveling and Playing the Guitar are his Hobbies.
05 – Neha Kakkar
Neha Kakkar Singh was born on June 6, 1988, and is an Indian playback singer. She is the younger sister of playback singer Sonu Kakkar. She started performing very early at religious events. In 2005, she participated in the second season of the singing reality show, Indian Idol. She made her Bollywood debut as a backing vocalist in the movie Meerabai Not Out. She rose to prominence with the release of Cocktail’s dance track “Second Hand Jawaani”, which was followed by several popular party songs, including Yaariyan’s “Sunny Sunny” and Queen’s “London Thumakda”. Apart from playback singing, Kakkar has appeared in several music videos and as a judge in several reality shows, including “Indian Idol”.
04 – Palak Muchhal
Palak Muchhal is an Indian playback singer. She was born on 30 March 1992 in Ratlam, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. She mainly works for Bollywood Movies and she is the most popular Singer of this Industry. Palak did her schooling from Queens College Indore. After that, she stated that she was doing her final year of B. Com from a college in Indore.
